The USX60 Compute Flight Controller is an integrated intelligent onboard flight control platform that deeply fuses the D-Robotics S100P compute chip with the Pixhawk 6X mature flight controller architecture. With the S100P chip bringing 128 TOPS peak AI compute, it balances high-reliability flight control and powerful edge intelligence capabilities. At the flight control level, relying on Pixhawk 6X's industrial-grade hardware architecture, multi-redundant IMU and barometer design, and PX4/ArduPilot firmware ecosystem, it achieves precise attitude estimation, stable hovering, and safe flight control. At the intelligent computing level, with 128 TOPS powerful inference capability, it can run high-performance AI algorithms locally in real-time such as stereo visual SLAM, object detection and recognition, complex environment obstacle avoidance, and foundation model edge inference, completing the entire perception-planning-action loop without relying on the cloud. The module is compatible with rich airborne interfaces such as Ethernet, CAN, and serial ports, and can seamlessly connect with RTK, UWB, video link, stereo vision, and mission pod to achieve multi-sensor data fusion and intelligent mission scheduling and coordination. It ensures flight stability and positioning accuracy in complex scenarios while meeting the dual demands of high-reliability flight and ultra-large edge computing for high-end industrial inspection, scientific research and development, and autonomous swarm operations. It is the core control and computing hub for a new generation of high-end UAVs and intelligent unmanned systems.
